Our Origins

DRTPC was established in 1979 through the visionary "Technological Development Program." This initiative was born out of a strategic, direct research collaboration between the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the United States and Cairo University.
Since our inception, we have maintained this elite standard of global excellence, evolving from a collaborative research initiative into Egypt’s most trusted powerhouse for engineering consultancy, environmental studies, and technological planning. Today, our footprint can be seen in over 1,375 mega-projects across the nation.
